My personal preference is to use the term Brandividual for those in roles that span the personal and the organizations, and the term Personal Brand for the reputation an individual develops on her/his own. Partly this preference is selfish (b/c I am using the term Brandividual for person-org role) but also you probably want people who are looking for info on how to brand themselves/develop their &quot;personal brand&quot; to find you and your ideas as easily as possible...
